I'm new to this thread weee ^_^
OK so like, currently 80kgs ish (if this cold goes away ffs), somewhere around 14% - 15% bf. I wanna be fairly big, not massive, but big enough for it to be obvious. I've 14.5" arms cold. What weight do u reckon i should aim for before i cut? I was thinking 85, so i can cut back to 10% and be the size i am now, i dont feel very big though, 14.5" arms look puny next to all my 16-17" gym friends ;(
Also, when i cut, i'm considering supplementing l-glutamine. Anyone had any experience with this business? Worthwhile? And uh, when i cut i'm gonna be doing HIT 20 minutes 3 times a week, on the diet side i'll only be eating carbs when i need them (pre workout/pre cardio and in the morning) but everything else will prob stay the same - sound ok? |

| I'm 5 foot 9 and i have nfi where all the weight is! My arms arent that big, neither is my chest. I think most of it is in my legs and abs (my abs stick out so much now i'm doing stomach vacuums to pull them back in lol) :D |

| when i first started working out i hated arms because they grew so much faster than everything else...so i stopped working them. not only that, but so many guys just care about arms i didn't wanna be one of them. but now my arms suck :/ |

I'm not allowed to 'bang' anymore, only 'love-making'.....which is not bad but, 'banging' is tough to beat. :p
TOPIC:
I kinda have crappy arms. I think sometimes I focus too much on the big movements and not enough on the smaller muscles. They're strong but, could use more development......but it's also tough to shoot hoops with tree-trunk guns. |

hahhaa...that's true. i can remember after working out a lot it totally changed my shot haha :p
i no lots of people have like arm days, where all they work will be the arm muscles. i just kinda have a hard time justifying an arm day like that, when legs are so much bigger in comparison and don't have as many exercises...
i dunno maybe i should go back to like a
Arm Day
Leg Day
Shoulder Day
Back Day
Pec Day
routine where all you work is that one muslce group that day. i guess really the thing i never liked about that was the rotation time between workouts is so long. what do you guys think about that? |

This is how I do my workout but, with a slight variation.
Mon: off
Tue: Arms (light chest)
Wed: Legs
Thu: Shoulders (light back)
Fri: Off
Sat: Chest (light tri's)
Sun: Back (light bi's)
So that way, even though it's a long split between the high-intensity day, I have one day in between where I flush the muscle group full of blood. Works really well for me. |

lol, you and all your super complex workouts :tongue3
i just do a standard 3 day split, chest/tri, legs/shoulders, biceps/back
I gave a 4 day workout supersetting my arms but that was too random, i didnt even get doms :conf:
Anyways, try this, it's based on Max-OT principles

hmmm...
well i like the fact that you seem to have a lot of legs and back porportionately to some other stuff, but to be honest...i think it's going to be difficult doing those sets and reps and gaining any real size....your routine seems to be more geared towards strength training... |
