seated calf extensions (4x12 270)
hamstring curls (3x12 240)

Floater day:

this day alternates between biceps/triceps and shoulders.


While I don't disagree with your philosophy, your reps are bizarre! I have never heard of going small weight, large jump, small weight in a set... ever. Also, if you are giving tips to the one kid with the arms and chest deal, those reps are way to high, as it seems he wants bulk not tone. Personally, I like doing back and biceps, chest/shoulders/triceps, and then legs. Lastly, going from 135 to 185 on the barbell is a terrible idea.

looks to me like those first sets are warm up sets before he puts weight on for his working sets...and then he finishes with a set to failure at a lower weight...


what's wrong with that :confused:

yeah i went twice this weekend and i wanted to go again today but im a bit sore and could barely sleep yesterday because it was uncomfortable.
