remember you'll always weigh less in the morning when you weigh yourself,
if you weigh yourself at the end of the day thats when you'll be holding all the water so you'll weigh more.

It depends. There are weight classes in bodybuilding too. It goes above 200 lbs for the heavyweight division or whatever.

Hey I have a question. I always see these mean looking dudes in the gym carrying around milk jugs full of orange liquid. It's always orange, no matter who has it. Not clear or green or yellow. What hte hell is that stuff? I just use the water fountain myself.

I think there is a product called 'Ultimate Orange' or something like that. It's meant to be used as a supplement for intense workouts, to help you boost your focus and intensity. Probably some caffeine based, volumizing drink. That might be it.

That's great, I'm about 6'1 and about 200. Proportionately, if I were to diet down, I think we would have a similar physique.

His midsection looks fantastic.

Bloated midsection = fail.
