| i've been working out so hard and i still cant burn the stupid fat away. i thought about doing the go run in the morning and then weights in the afternoon thing but i dont have the motivation to do it. its slowly going away but not as fast as i want it to, oh well. i have put on some more muscle do, and im satisfied with that. im also doing enough wait to keep my ego happy, with proper form and medium reps, so that counterbalances the lack of fat burn :p |

I've been taking the NOXplode stuff for at least a month now. I take 3/4 of a scoop before I work out, only on workout days. (3-4 times a week). I don't take it on off days, or more then the one time before a workout on a workout day.
I don't feel it doing .
Same thing when I took creatine a while back. I felt the tingly feeling and all (w/ creatine, not NOXplode), but nothing more. No major diff. in strength or endurance. Then again, I don't know if I did the creatine religiously. Same as the NOXplode, miss a day taking it here and there, didn't take it enough times a day, etc...
I dunno..maybe I'm immune. |

noxplode is not meant to be taken everyday, you take it before working out, and its one full scoop usually. some people are more tolerant than others, try two scoops before going to work out and see if theres any difference, i definetly fell a difference in stamina, not that much in strength, but because of the extra stamina during work outs i gain more and hence in the end get extra strenght as a result of the more intense workout. |

noxplode is to be taken daily, 1 scoop. One workout days you take 2-3 scoops.
it wont do if you arent following the instructions and using it on an empty stomach. Completely empty. And not eating for at least half an hour. Also, try stacking it with n02 youll get better results. |

didnt know it was daily :p
edit: that NO2 crap is expensive holy :eyespop:
also ive been checking and it doesnt say anything about daily, im confused, is it really any better to take it daily? |

the instructions say to take one scoop on non-training days and 1-3 scoops 45 minutes before working out on an empty stomach.
i only take it on training days, however.
i just take 1 tsp of creatine on non-training days and call it good. |
