muscle mass and just sheer weight are different. youll gain a lot of fat without cardio.
and by cardio I dont mean running 15 miles. a 20 minute walk is nice too.... |
You forgot to factor in metabolism into your equation. |

All im saying, is that just walking can greatly benefit your goals. | well it definatley helps with respiration, blood flow, VO2 max and heart rate. Thats true a small sacrifice in calories can go a long way. Forgot about how cardio represents the cardio vascular system. I usually just think of it as taboo :p |

Agreed, don't under estimate the power of walking. Even a small amount of cardio is good for your heart and overall health. |

SO! in the past 3 months i have...
lost 24 lbs, 4.5" in my waist AND my hips, and 2.5" in my bust (was a 38 C now i'm a 34 D)
i run for 30 min then do 300 crunches, 100 pushups, and some target area exercises
i do this 4 days a week. i'm trying to get down 14 more lbs to my goal weight, but i've been gainin muscle weight recently so it's throwing me off a little. |
