you should roll your back into your situps dont do them stiff.

Anyway for chest incline is definitely the best. I usually do incline bench and flies as part of my chest day with a flat fly in there. Way more mass to be gained up top.

Ive never been that big of a fan of deadlifts for hamstrings. For back they definitely tighten up the lower area, but its still kind of an odd exercise.

as i said in my previous post i started to drop my waight alot and fast last week i was at 15 pounds now im about 18 pounds down i am eating good no suppliments no nothing on the side

what could that be ? :conf: anyone
