I have question. Im an avid cycler (biking). Im wondering whats the distance I should be going over to achieve any sort of workout from it? Does this depend on the body? is there a certain speed? Ive been biking for quite a few years so I can handle pretty much any distance (humanly possible :p) but I wanna start getting some results. I havent been biking too much lately either so Id also like to know how many times per week aswell.
if anyone could either point me to a guide or give me advice on it, it'd be appreciated. |

Optimally for any kind of results you have to eat hefty and I hope you know what kind of food as well. Workout regularly on legs & abs. This means, grow larger thighs, quads, hams & abs. For maximum results as you speak, you need to maximize size & strength. Since you can master any distance than the above options are your only missing values :)

has anyone tried the supplements Endurathon, Recovery and Peak by EAS?
I do a fair bit of running during soccer practices each week, and feel that my body doesn't get enough time to recover between practices. In addition, I haven't played in the league for two years now and need to increase my stamina fast, so that I'm ready for the league games which start in 3 weeks.
I have never tried any supplements before and was wondering if any of the aforementioned products will be of any help. Any suggestions? Tips? thnx |

RF, what results are you trying to get?
for regenerating stamina and repairing muscles you need glycogen (glucose - I would say your number 1 by far is sweet potatoes. so try having 1/2 in the late morning, one late afternoon) and then just keep up on your protein (fish is most easily absorbed and used, so tuna, salmon, etc.) and vitamins.
If you want more conditioning you can always go down to the track and do a few miles of jog 200, run 400, jog 200, ad nauseum :D |
