thanks man, i really appreciate that, it makes my miserable diet almost seem worth it ^.^
I can't wait until my basic dimensions are where I want them to be and I can start fine tuning everything, that's the fun part!
How are you doing with your diet / workouts? |

Yes-it's actually pretty effective as long as you stack it with a creatine product and have a good nutrition protocol. |

| Do you mind elaborating a bit why it should be used with creatine..or is it just that the effect is waz better when they are used together? |

hmm, i dunno, i have never seen gains quite so good as when I pair chest and back. I suppose it depends on the intensity of one's workout though. If someone is low on glucose or atp i can see a chest / back day being troublesome.
taken today, i'm @ 191 lbs:

:stongue: i was feeling the same way a few months ago. Like i'd be sitting down and i'd look at someone and I thought they had been looking at my stomach or something and I'd be like, "Dooon't you ing judge me..." then i'd curl up in the fetal position and eat a half gallon of ice cream while crying. |

Eh actually I finally lost my "gut" over the summer-and honestly my back /shoulders are wider than yours but I don't look nearly as good. |

nice! losing the gut is kind of a miserable process but soo worth it. I miss having a layer of fat sometimes though, my recovery times are not what they were when I had it :/ |

| Someone want to reccomend some good ab exercises for at home? (I have no equipment, but I do have some freeweights) |

One i like is this one:
1. Get one your elbows and the tip of your toes keeping your back straight.
2. Contract your ab muscles, like if you were trying to pull your belly button towards your back.
3. Keep the position for abt 60 seconds, its important to keep the back straight.
4. Repeat as necessary
Another one is more or less the same but on the side, so you keep yourself up sideways by pressing into one of the elbows and the side your feet, then contract your abs again, this time for abt 30 seconds.
Yet another one, lay on your back, now lift your legs toward you and lift your arms trying to touch your legs. You should aim to forming a V shape between your upper torso and your legs. |
