Ye, I have a gym near me but I like the privacy more. The brand new Bowflex Revolution is the best overall home gym on the market, they changed it up and its really different from the older Bowflex and the Bowflex extreme. I've got a boring desk job so I have plenty of energy to spare when I get home and I've usually drank at least three Whey protein shakes by then. Good luck with your workout, you and your brother look great. I'll post pics of myself as soon as I reach that 240 to 250 pound body frame, even though that will probably take another year. |

I will never like the bowflew mainly because you are cheating yourself out of several pounds with every lift. You see the bowflex works with these elastic bars that get heavier only with increasing resistance as opposed to a traditional benchpress where the weight is constant from beginning to the end of a repitition. |

| wow...just spent a bit of time looking at the Bowflex Revolution; it's a feat of engineering if nothing else. The user reviews I found were pretty positive, I'd be curious as to the results you see from using the machine. Nothing on that machine allows for spinal compression which helps with muscle growth, but there are also a slew of health risks associated with the exercises that create spinal compression. Let me know how it works out for yah! |

That's the old bowflex styling Stevieboy, check out the new Bowflex Revolution. It's been done in a completely different way. |

That Bowflex is amazing. I'll post new pics of me and mmy full review on it after I use it for about a year which should be enough for me to get that 30 pound mass gain. |
