i read recently that negative reps is where you tear most of the muscle i.e. creating more size...i guess it kinda intuitive, but yeah...make sure you do negative reps. i always laugh when i see people doing a ton of weight, but have real form...

it still works but you lack on the isolation guaranteed

think about how much muscle that actually is. how much did you weigh before you started working out? and then think what percentage of body weight 35 lbs is...it's probably a pretty sizeable number...

from 115 to 150 thats not too bad is it. But if i stop working out for about a month ill be back down to 134 or 135 guaranteed lol
