I didnt mean to say you were a n00b :p It was just a disclaimer for n00bs that are reading this thread, as this is more a reference thread for other people. |

Dreamer, something Ive been working on that Ive noticed is one of THE least worked out muscles...traps.
You have an awesome frame going, but the lackof traps seems to really take focus away from the gains youve made. Its something that I've been working on a lot more these days because its a neurosis now that I've noticed it hehe.
Youve got a great lower chest that shows the size of the pec.
Something that might also help the frame issue is more shoulder. You have lats and chest but to pop it out on the top will help make the waist more slender looking and add a look of overall mass up there.
Lookin freakin great though.

Also, noXplode is hard on me too (it contains caffeine) and I take 1 scoop in the morning on waking up. if its a work out day Ill take 1 more before I work out. But i never take the 3 at once. Its too intense. |

| Thanks for your observations bro and you're so right. I never workout my traps and my shoulders are pretty weak so I gotta stop skipping those muscles lol. Shoulders are a bitch! |

Ok folks... I've decided to jazz up my life.
I need a quality zero equipment, zero running workout.
I am fairly lean, bit of fat, but i am not fat, just not toned or muscly....
I'm 6'1", 175 ish pounds and want a morning in house exercise routine. I have two 7 Kilo handweights on the way, they should arrive in a couple weeks from India with the rest of my stuff.

Raaaar!!
Well I posted a couple of months back asking about diet and protein intake. Since then my training has gone through the roof. Been working out just as hard as always but finally eating properly.
Tuna, Steaks, Eggs, Chicken breasts, protein shakes.
Im trying to match my wieght in lbs with the number of grams a day I eat in protein, and it seems to be working.
I've put on nearly 8kg in 3 months! Muscles much bigger and more defined, i'm loving it. Can't believe i trained for 8 years and didnt eat anything :) idiot. |

Do you have a bar to do chip ups with? If yes, then theres your best back exercise for in home.
For pecs, push-ups, theres tons of ways, wide for more chest action, narrow for more triceps action, inclined (with feet on something) for upper parts.
For biceps, triceps, you can just take things like a backpack and load it with books and do regular exercises, same for other muscles. Also those bottles of like 4lt of water work too. |

Greg:
with 15lb weights...you can do traps, shoulders, triceps, biceps, forearms, abs, lower back, and if you want to get some straps to attach them to your shins, hams and quads! :D
can do some sweet stuff with em tell me when you get em |

| Ok I need some help here...I've been working out for about 3 years like I said and have made tons of progress with strength, size and definition since I started. However, the one muscle that I cant seem to make pop are my triceps. I have tried numerous exercises, sets/reps, everything. I just cant seem to get them like I want(the nice horseshoe). Anybody have any tips? |
