Dude.

I'm pretty sure that No-Xplode is a methamphetamine/gamma ray infused product.

dude i really like no-xplode. now i'm taking something else called Super Pump 250 that's supposed to be BETTER than no-xplode. however, i have to admit, i'm starting to get a bit dubious due to their naming conventions. so these guys are soooo smart they can with science and my body's chemistry so that i get a better pump resulting in larger muscles but the best product name they can come up with is, "No-Xplode" and "SuperPump250"? It just seems wrong to me. I mean, those names are tarded.

Also, when I was at GNC some crazy huge chick told that i HAVE to buy this book, it was $.99 so i was like, psh, wha evah!!!!!! and bought it.

here are a few excerpts, i'm not even close to ing kidding btw:

*all capitalization is true to the book as well*

"It's like the products teased me just enough to keep trying them for a little while, but I never really got hit with the muscle PUMP sledgehammer like I was promised."

"In fact, BLITZ CYCLE is so powerful that it has now created a completely new category in the sports nutrition market! So, Instead of getting hit with a sledgehammer of PUMP effects, which I never even experienced with the other products... BLITZ CYCLE is more like getting hit with a muscle PUMPING eighteen-wheeler SEMI-truck!

After reading the ‘book’ for 10 seconds or so I felt like Pinocchio, except my forehead was protruding instead of my nose. I’m disillusioned now, I dunno what to think about many of these supplements now that I’m positive orangutans are responsible for their creation and promotion. The dip that wrote that book also compared his product to a fighter jet and an atomic bomb…woooow.

not much love for deadlifts or squats in this thread...yet if you want to gain as in mucle and lose fat, doing those exercises work the biggest muscle in your body..you ass...and many more, releasing a lot of growth hormone.

remember when squatting go to parallel (as show in the picture) or deeper!!

Aye, Ive been squats for a bit now. All the way down or nothin! that full stretch is great. All my doctors have told me no more deadlifts because of the strain on the back, but I can still knock out squats.

Very nice exercise. And if you do it with 5 or 10lb plates under your heels it feels even better.

Another excerpt:

"Your veins might feel like they are a collection of thick garden hoses capped off, then pumping up your muscles to full throttle intensity! You might even swear that it feels like your muscles were hooked up to a hydraulic pump...so don't get freaked out...that is supposed to happen!!!!!"

and this one has one of my favorite new words, 'swole'.

"Now...this is NOT the only PUMP enhancing portion of the product BLITZ CYCLE...so if you think we are finished...then just wait...The freakishly HUGE PUMP that you've already got is about to get bigger! That's right... It's another new technology! We call it CELL BLAST! That's because it blasts your muscle cells where PUMP EXPLODE left off! Leaving you so enourmously swole, you might need your own ZIP code instead of just a measly street addresss when you are done with your cycle!"
