alright. Other is 100 pages and only frequented by a few addicts hehe. Hopefully some people are starting or would like to get started since the last one and would like a fresh forum to be doing that in.

That being said:

thats a beginners guide, its to get you in there, semi-familiar with the equipment, and strengthen up some tendons before you start hitting it hard.

I dont have any certs, but ive been doin this for about 3 years now and between 2 torn rotator cuffs and a screwed up back Ive done enough to where I am at least excited for the next phase hehe.

Height: 6'1
Weight:168 (from 140 when i started)
chest: 44
Biceps: 14
forearms:11.5
stomach:30
Thighs:21.5
Calves:14

been through a lot of ups and downs, diet explorations, and just plain quitting, but Ive been going for the last year pretty solidly without too many breaks so I think ive finally found my groove.

Old news to most of you, this might pull some new blood though. 100 pages is a little ponderous to sort through.

It continues...

Damn Orbax, you got a nice looking back. That is the one area I have been struggling with. Any good exercises or tips to help?

Using a weight bench (or similar), do inverted butterflys. Stomach and chest on the bench, reach back as far as you can.

Enjoy the burn. :toocool:

yesterday when i was working out in the gym after 2 months summer break, i suddenly felt my breathing in my right ear, as if the air was going in and out of it as well. is this normal? should i see a doctor if it occurs again?

That has happened to me once too, while I was doing dumbell rows. I've no idea what it is thought, but it definitely felt like air going into my right ear.

Has anyone here tried doggcrap training? I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now. Dunno about the results yet thought.
