Oh c'mon, that's a bit much lol. I'm a huge Torres fan, and I've seen him pull some questionable stuff with Liverpool (pulling fowls, diving etc), but that looks like it was a combination of Torres' power and speed and the contact with Estrada's knee. You can SEE his knee hitting Torres' foot into the back of his leg. At the speed Torres was going a fall like that would happen.
I know, but there's some players that let that brush right off them (most) and there's some that turn it in to a 15 yard dive and roll. I had to watch that video in slow mo several times and I'm still not certain that there was much contact.
Anyway, just making a joke. I won't be laughing when Rooney's rolling around the floor clutching his ankle :mad:

has the dutch defence been really tested in the group stage yet? i'm not sure...
don't discount korea so easily against two trick pony of uruguay. although korea doesn't have individual defenders who can contain forlan who seems to be able to do everything

Honestly, I'd like to see England do well in their campaign as they deserve it. Here's hoping it was just a rocky start.

I really hope South Korea beats Uruguay tomorrow because I am korean and I love football. I know Uruguay is going to be a tough team to face, but in all honesty I think South Korea will be able to beat them in the end.

Yes, he hits his own foot because it made contact with Estrada's knee accidentally. Notice how Estrada also reacts to the contact. It was just an unfortunate play, really.
The one at fault here is the referee, whom I had already warned is a ing idiot.
MAYBE.
Still, fact remains, he goes down and STAYS down as if hit by a thousand kilos, when in fact the idiot tripped himself... I can't even tell if he made any contact with estrada, I thought he just looked cause he saw torres falling over...
maybe asking too much, but should have been no penalty for estrada at all imo, he wasn't even ing looking at torres and torres acts like he got slammed...
Anyways, i think the slovak game will see how netherlands can go for the cup... Will be the first game with Robben, and the 10 minutes he played in the last game showed how much of a difference he gives the team... If they can maintain stamana, and if van persie gets back in form.... winnz0rs

Brazil vs Chile = Chile
Paraguay vs Japan => Paraguay
Spain vs Portugal => Spain
Bolded are my top 5 to win the World Cup, picked after 2 games.
The Brazil vs Chile game was hard to pick Chile in, but I gotta go with my underdogs.
The only way USA has a chance to beat Ghana is if Ghana enjoys themselves some under the table action. Ghana has been strong on the ball, on offense and defense. USA has been weak, their wins have been flukes thus far, definately will be a game to watch though. I hope Ghana plays their A game, instead of a B'd game.
