i'm just ing dissapointed how badly they played... all spain did was play how the dutch normally play and they won... if the dutch would have played as they did in any other world cup match, they would have won.
for the first time in the tournament there was no team-work whatsoever (just like the bad old days of 'total football' :p ), and they lost because of it...
the teamwork was absent, passing and defense sloppy... pretty much the only ones playing a good game were van bronkhorst and kuyt, both of whom ended up getting taken off... the rest seemed to just be out for their own glory, or to literally kick some spanish ass...
ing dissapointing after how far they'd come... i wish they would have lost to brazil or something.
i don't think spain played well enough in the game, or in the tournament to win it all, and even if they did they're just mimicing the dutch style anyway :stongue:
but it was the dutch game to give away and they did, for the reasons i mentioned above. |

Eventhough I dont follow football not nearly as much as I did before
I still feel exactly the same way after a whole month of World cup football is gone and I just ask myself :(
