Now that I've sobered up some comments on the German team:
- I should shut up after he scored yesterday, but I still wouldn't put Klose in. I think both Cacau and Kießling are better. Van Gaal is no idiot, there's a reason he left Klose out almost the entire season.
- Thomas Müller is the next big thing in German football. This guy is awesome. Asking who was Bayerns MVP regarding goals and assists everyone would answer Robben in an instant but statistics say it's actually Müller.
- Unfortunately Australia sucked, so it's hard to tell how good Germany really is. I don't expect them to be that dominant against Ghana or Serbia, and once they play a really strong team I'm not sure they can win. |
