Pumpkin soup
About 1kg pumpkin
500gm of potato
2 large onions
Couple of well chopped up tomatos
Boil them until theyre soft in the same pot or just nuke them into mush.
Even tablespoon of cinnemon, paprika, tiny bit of chilli, two tablespoons of black pepper.
Throw that in the pot along with a low temperature (sub boiling) and about 200-300mls of sour cream (or full cream milk), squash it to death with a potato masher until its nice and thick, or a barmix. I like to keep it with a bit of lumpyness to it but you can have it as smooth as you want.
Leave it on the stove for about 40minutes to simmer and let the flavours go through it.
Sometimes its nice to just leave it for a day in the fridge though if you want it to be really nice.
hehe recipe sharing in PM's :p |

I actually considered that. :wtf: We have all the ingredients too.

| It's a real winter dish that one, heats you up and keeps you warm, really cheap to make as well :) |

Yes, it's been quite chilly up here in Bris. :wtf: Now I wished I went with you're recipe. Because the Indian food coming shortly surely won't warm me up much :wtf:
(I don't even want to think about tomorrow morning though :nervous: ) |

Fairly mild down here in Sydney, I got away with a Tbone that took up half the plate, cooked in a splash of olive oil with herbs and garlic through it, green salad, potato salad and damn it was good too!
Except now I feel a bit bloated... |

And yet, I'm still hungry. The world is an evil, rotten place. No sense of fairness at all :p |
