What does you work on the Strike Zone Channel entail?
And, well, what does your work in the FOX help desk entail? You don't have to talk to disgruntled FOX viewers do you? :nervous: |
No :p
Help desk = graphic operators in the field (FSN = Fox Sports Network has regions all over the US...7 different regions I believe, plus all the network affiliates) have issues with their machines and/or missing graphics and they call the help desk to get them resolved.
Strike Zone Channel = all the fun stuff that pops up on screen during a game (scoreboards, locaters, match-ups, player-bios etc...) all gets put on the air by someone...me :D
Technically I just do pre-production stuff (get the graphics ready to air) and a different team actually puts them on the air...but my shift sort of blends into their shift so when they need to take a meal break I jump on for a bit (usually 2 hours). |
