Not really, it's fairly variable depending on diet, lifestyle, physical activity, health, drug use and everything else. I'm not really into milk at all so I take extra calcium and my diet is good, stay fit so I don't need to supplement with anything really heavy duty aside from a bit of iron once in awhile.
Don't know much about the vitamin water stuff, haven't seen it over here so I'm not aware of what exact vitamins are in it, if any are missing then you might want to look at a supplement there, by all means if you like it, keep drinking it. But there's cheaper ways of getting the same things if you're looking to budget a bit tighter. |
