and what do you plan on doing for graduate studies, narrowing down? Are you looking toward MA or PhD? |
MA in a year and a half - hoping to stick with religious studies because it's what I like writing about, but we'll see - I like ethics a lot too, but I don't think I want to do Environmental Ethics again, at least for now. |

Religious studies could be very interesting depending on your focus. Looking into competing morality systems would dovetail nicely with ethics. |

And the way I look at it, in this day & age it never hurts to have one more person out there trying to look at the idea of religion with an open mind. :) |

i took this class as an elective when i was in college. i enjoyed this class to the fullest, because it really helped me appreciate where music came from, and the elegance of classical music from the baroque to romanticism era. |

Certainly won't make me a rich man, but I'm also not planning on having any kids - so I think I'll be happy and comfortable which is really all I could ask for.
Honestly, I can't even put into words how happy it makes me to have school resolved - that was a big question mark kind of hanging out there for me, and definitely not something I wanted on my mind while moving.
August has been a sorted and hectic month, but now it finally feels like we're getting on with moving, school, I don't know - just the next phase of life in general, and it feels good to have one more aspect of that figured out (for the moment ;)). |

Yeah, I took what was basically the same class, but called "Survey of Music." The "Music Appreciation" title sounded, to me, like it was going to teach you how to appreciate/enjoy music. :p |
