Evil- it's a diet where you force your body to use up the stored fats and carbs, and you eat really healthy (veggies, fish, low-fat dairy, low fat meats like chicken/turkey breast, tenderloin steak and stuff)..
It is pretty easy to follow, and it makes you feel really healthy. Kind of like a cleansing diet, except you get things with flavour. |
