i can't take naps any more either. i'll be tired and think, "hmm i should lay down" and then i go to lay down and then i start thinking of all the things i need to do, so then i realize at that point, that i'm wasting time laying in bed when i know i'm not gonna sleep, so then i get up and start sweeping or doing something constructive. lol
i think i just have an overactive mind and i'm in this mode lately where im just on a mission to get things in order and get done all the time. |
haha its cause your single! lol j/k yeah ive been kinda getting like that lately. doing more productive things. watching less tv (not that i watched much to begin with. like 3-4hrs a week!) and cleaning and getting a 2nd job. |

haha yeah i was 165 and when i was depressed i didnt eat for 2 weeks so i lost about 20-25lbs. i gained most of it back and now im going to the gym. |

I lift 3 days a week and do cardio the other 4, but I've hit a major plateau. I hurt my left shoulder pretty bad 4 months ago, so I've been using machine only to lift as opposed to free weights. I think for the time being I'll just settle with being lean and toned. However, I'd like to get big like the workout thread boyz! |

i dont want to be big. i just want some definition and strength. something i dont have much of. i would LOVE to lean out my face! that would be the best! |

I'm the exact opposite of you guys. I love my free time to just read, laze around, go for a walk, whatever. Because of that I'm highly organized. I keep everything in my life neat and tidy all the time...I "clean as I go" in many aspects of my life, never letting anything pile up. This way I always have the maximum amount of extra time to do whatever the I want.
I also have two jobs! |

i think tall and lean or even skinny is attractive. i mean, i try not to have "types" and i really don't, but i'm generally not attracted to guys who tan or spend too much time in the gym, getting all perfectly chiseled. it's faggy and vain. lol
i'd rather embrace a few imperfections like some hair on the chest or even a little roll of fat on the stomach. as long as u do your part to be healthy and indulge only once in a while in junk food, then whatever.
oh and u may be right about the being single thing. i never thought of it that way. i wonder if i'll still be all neurotic/ocd like this when i meet my next boyfriend. |

i'm a clean as i go person too. and u know something funny? for about 7 months or so now, i've turned into a morning cleaner. lol i NEVER used to do that. i swear to god the first thing i do every single morning in my underwear after i wake up is go sweep around where the litter box is. i can't stand litter box on the floor. i probably sweep about 5 times a day. haha
but yea even when i'm running late, i have to sweep and if there's stuff in the dryer, sometimes i'll pull it out and start folding laundry at like 8 in the morning. |

I think the main reason I like stuff so clean (other than the general need for cleanliness) is because I'm a very kinesthetic person. If my surroundings are dishevelled, it makes me feel dishevelled too.
I notice it most when I do homework for example. I have to study in a smaller space, otherwise I feel like my thoughts are all over the room. Heh. I get all done in the library. |

GOD where are all the women like this!! ive been lean ALL my life. always been able to eat whatever whenever and never gain weight. i have however over the past 1.5yrs changed my diet by cutting out fast food and soda. now i am working on cutting out the boxed and prepared foods and eating more vegetables. |
