| Oops, that warning got cancelled at 11:10am for the severe weather in SE Queensland, you know these weather guys, making it up as they go ;) I was watching the weather on the news about Lismore though, really big, heavy hail wrecking things. |

It sort of reaffirms my suspicion that little part of the world between the boarder and Coffs Harbour is a crappy place to both live and invest in. HRH loves Coffs, I think it's a dump and won't live there, we both like Port Maq though... well I like it because there's big money there in real estate but I think almost anywhere is better than Sydney of late.
'Yarp, gone live in th' country again' :toothless |

I don't like them either, doesn't help I seemed to manage getting raised out in the sticks for half my life but I didn't have much choice in it... this would be on the coast.
*sigh*
Paid the mortgage today, after bleeding out that much money I'm going to go lie down :( |

Port Macquarie is quite nice, though I haven't been there in quite a few years now. Pretty much anywhere up (or down, in my case) the coast is going to be good for real estate. Even if you become a hick! :p |
