Right, I see now.
It's basically a soft drink/energy drink (what you call a soda, except it's probably not carbonated) because it's got Fructose which they usually get out of corn or fruit and it's basically a sugar. Combined with whatever natural sweeteners are in there, they'll also contain sugar.
It's also full of vitamin B's which are a stimulant as well as a vitamin and have an effect which is a little like caffeine on the human body, they're a little healthier than caffeine though and a lot less immediate in terms of making you alert.
There's not a lot to recommend to you there ma'am.
The sugar is going to go straight to your arse and rot your teeth, the Vitamin B's tend to be much the same as caffeine in a lot of regards, not addictive really but you're probably on an 'up' after drinking it.
In fact, I'd bin it as a diet supplement. You need a proper multi-v and a lot more water which doesn't contain sugar in your diet! |
