Another storm coming in, and will hopefully hit in about 30 mins :D :D :D
I get such a buzz from storms.
Even though it's likely to fail, like last night's pathetic attempt

Kind of weird really. Normally, as soon as '' are mentioned in the COR, you're onto a guaranteed winner :conf:
The cor, she be a unpredictable beast... that or the locals don't want to wander in here and be savagely belayed by some satirical assaults on their occupation.
Course the quirk of life is that my hippy, liberal, mostly uncaring mother actually only ever pressured me to become a dentist as any form of parent-pressure during my formative years to achieve something with my life. Figuring most likely that it would be useful to have someone in her aging years that could fix teeth for free and provide me with a useful income of $15,000 hour causing the type of physical pain to people which is banned in most developing 3rd world countries as being 'unethical'.
Instead, I became a beauty therapist causing mildly excruciating pain to consenting adults for $15 an hour after ditching school. To say she was 'upset' with her idiot daughters career choice would have been an understatement, in addition to losing out on her free dental plan, there was also the profound realisation that I was indeed a waste of expensive education and oxygen.
She'd be rolling in her grave to know that I've gone one step lower... maybe several steps lower down the unethical slippery slide of being a bastard human being preying on the ignorant in real estate all these years later.

i think the mc hammer dance resonated best with me, but cotton eyed joe was spot on too, just cause i have a soft spot for swedes and their often questionable, but always hilarious and entertaining music|
(ps did you know cotton eyed joe is releasing music to this day?!?)

He did sort of miss one which will be being done, regardless of the era, genre being played, public, private, drunk, stoned or sober, somewhere, someone will be doing this...

Why so harsh on yourself? You hardly strike me as somebody who's failed in life.

I was merely pointing out the wonders of parents expectations and moral/socio-hierarchy of children's occupational pursuits compared to their own :)
