Insecurity is considered part of pain rather then an impairment.
Indeed it could mess with your balance a little, depending on the toe... which is why I gave a range. The question is how much? I've had claims for kids with internal fixation of ankle injuries that mess with their ability to skate, however, if they still can then it's worth very little (unless they were NHL bound). The same would be true of this kid... if his ability to play is still there, he's just not quite as good then it's not worth that much.... unless he was bound for the pros. |
