Richard send me your wav. file and I will try to create two different melodic elements - if this is OK with you?
This is what makes A&B very attractive, the way they connect to/with people.

not a fan of the progression really - i like the sounds, the vocal is nice, it has potential but i would look at a different progression. that breakdown is very long also |

your mixing is really good but i feel maybe you are placing a little too much emphasis on the technical side of things, you may disagree? |

not necessarily. it might be so. I just finished this yesterday and got some similiar feedback. maybe a bit *too* clean. i guess going for mixdown so hard i now have a little room to dirty things up a bit?

by saying "dirty things up" thats kinda concentrating on the technical side again?
that track there, i just think the bassline isnt interesting enough or something |

i think it happens to most people that produce (me anyway) - cos the mix has to be correct to convey your idea
but then sometimes the idea gets lost along the way |
