Hey all, been working on this mix this for a week now... and still sounds like pretty flat and 'lifeless' (Mind you I slapped a limiter on the master for loudness.) feedback or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Like this one, love the old school proggy vibes in your productions. I feel like though that one of the elements needs to stick out if you want to move this track along. I would automate the filter on the arp that's in the background and bring it out more as the track progresses...
P.S the track you posted before this is friggin' amazing! The sound is a bit dated but cares, its good music lol |

You already pointed out the problem in this track how come you didnt fix it? its missing momentum via structure or elements because it sounds too dry. Other than that its quite nice though especially the later half, btw im living in sauga atm too :} |

just listening on the laptop but i love the simplicity, very nice
edit: it does get a bit samey tho, you might need to being some other elements in or something to retain attention |

I can imagine this in a club, Id say just make some of the individual sounds a bit more crafted, some are a little GM sounding |

ing very imaginite, it sort of oozes flavour and laxness
Maybe I want a little more attack on the kick, not using a clap of hat tho. |

I know what you mean but usually I add a bunch of stuff and then realize it just ends up sounding worse, so take it out again... It's a hard balance to find. |

honestly Richard the mix needs a bit of work imo - it has potential tho ill say that. Think you would need a better bassline also |
