Structure definitely needs more work.
I'm still not sure about part that starts at 1:15, sometimes i have a feeling that some tones of that melody are displaced, and that it clash with piano starting at 1:50. Then again, sometimes i have a feeling that piano is displaced :)
Edit... did some changes after this post, i think it's better now

best ive heard from you in a while Gordan, sounds like old prog stuff, not forced, that gated synth sound really makes it, great job! ill have a proper listen tonight to nitpick :D |

yeah mate thats killer in my headphones, the gated sound sits really well, whether thats reverb or whatever its perfect
love the kick and bass, it just works and thats all that matters anyway |

So can u notice some difference......... is this a nice sound palette and mix?
I made every sound here using only my analog synth, that includes the hats, kik, everything
I cant tell if its worth finnishing as I made it and can never judge my own

Sounds good, Richard. If you develop it further it may be cool.
I have another one, not happy with some stuff, like string melody or melody timing... and some instruments... and some parts of structure... and maybe it's just complete rubbish, don't know yet. But since i'm shameless i'll put it here right away.

the hihat sounds really thin and over EQd. sounds way to loud the 10-20 kHz area |
