Just quick video from my latest WIP - let you see how drums and bass seats in this track. There is some kind of small metallic artifact in this video recording - you can hear it in bass line portion specifically, I think it is a on-board sound card (which for this video I had to switch to) because in reality doesn't exist lol.

Uploading now....
In the meantime. Group 12 Digi Bass setup caught my attention. I am partially seeing what you did there on the sub. Correct me if I am wrong but you Low and High Passed on those three separately ? |

Here we go, you will be able to hear a difference between your bass and my 2 different options (inserted two veriations parts with bass) - what do you think? and remember this is rough mix and I didn't pay to much attention to overall quality.

If you are talking about bass line then no, I didn't use Cthu.
This is F9-audio (https://www.f9-audio.com/products/f...t=5838947221533) pack which I use almost on every track now.

🦉 Considering there are tracks like Pump It Up charting right now, you don't have quite the right attitude! How do you expect to get anywhere? |

Sorry SystematicX1, I have very little time so I won't look at the parts you provided. With the pianos in your original clip they need some hefty EQ-ing. If I look at an F9 house piano pack which I have they are all EQ-ed extremely heavily to punch through the mids. So I'm curious what Darek dit there as it sounds a lot better in his clip.

idk this one isnt going anywhere, failing to come up with any sort of hook. |
I would perhaps sidechain the pads and bass slightly to create more space for the kick. Or maybe remove some bottom end of the sustained bass. The percussion elements could be slightly louder. I am wondering what kind of theme you're going to put on top. The struggle is real! :D |

🦉 I don't have it but the easiest way to scoop a hole in your mix for your lead, vocal or kick is to use TrackSpacer by Wavesfactory. It can do sidechaining but works on EQ dynamically. But yeah, sidechain compression works great too, like I've been saying all along. Only reason I don't have TrackSpacer is I picked up iZotope Neutron a while ago & need to learn how to use that first.
