nun liebe system ini das synonym "topnotch" wird verwendet wenn etwas nicht nur hochwertig ist, nein, es umschreibt etwas was erstklassig ist. etwas was über "top" steht gibt es nicht... topnotch ist das beste der besten wogegen high, nur hoch wäre aber nicht am höchsten wie top. und entgegengesetzt von top wäre höchsten down, und da sich downnotch einfach nur komplett FALSCH anhört ist lownotch das einzige in dieser art gebräuchliche wort als gegenteil von topnotch.
also: wenn etwas beschissen und billig ist ist es nunmal lownotch... wenn etwas zu höchst geil auf obersten niveau ist = top notch.
(weitere verbreitete "slang" umschreibungen für topnotch abgeleitet von diversen lownotch darstellern etc werden erst im nächsten kapitel behandelt) |
