You can use any Mini USB Charger to charge your phone.
The only is sometimes it might not actually charge, depending on how much charge is actually being sent through.
I use my GPS car charger for my blackberry all the time.
Plus don't worry about battery life. You'll be getting a new phone before you'll need to get a new battery. and if you do need a new battery, you can probably by one on eBay (from China of course) for like $5.

Ahh, thanks for the detailed reply, Jeff.
Good to know (gives me peace of mind on the issue).

I can confirm 100% it's AT&T, we had it for 2 weeks w/ Rogers ... there was a conflict in 3G mode when it's turned on. My buddy who's in the Engineer: Network Preformance Dept, was the team that solved this issue.
Problems: Dropped calls, missed calls that never made it through and out going calls not connecting (even with full signal bars)
Don't know why ppl leave their units on 3G, batt drainage almost 10x faster IMO
3G: Talk time 5hs w/o anything running
2G: Talk time 12hrs w/ everything running
Only use 3G for emergency surfing, voip and downloading. If your signal is ty on 2G, turn on 3G then. Example: Basements |

How sad is it that you have to turn off 3G to get decent battery life? 3G on my E71 is on constantly and I still get 5-6 days out of the battery easily.
Lets face it, the iPhone is ty as a phone, but great at everything else. |

This is the biggest BS I have ever seen.
The iPhone would need to triple its battery size to achieve this. |

Jesus in CHRIST dude..
Did Steve Jobs rape your mother or something????
Put a screen the size and resolution on any other phone and see how its battery goes...
Why don't you just stick your little dick into the charger port of your crappy E71...
YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!!! |

Are we talking the bandwidth limitation? If so, I've seen on Cydia for that. |
