You should reboot your unit once a day at least. I'm alittle bit crazy though ... I reboot once every 3 hrs. |

Also I'm having some major issue with itunes and downloading 2.2.1. Everytime it's just about to finish downloading (its at 246 mb/246) an error comes up saying "There was a problem downloading the iphone software for the iphone "Tara's iPhone". The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."
It happens at the exact same time each time I try (I've tried at least 10 times).
Does anyone know what I'm suppose to do?? I feel like I've tried everything |

PDA Phones are like computers ... you need to refresh the ram (memory) from time to time. You can get apps to "flush" the memory, but, I like rebooting more. |

LOL WTF... even my Treo which I'm trying to replace only needs to be rebooted once or twice a week, and when it was new it was like once a month tops. Rebooting every 3 hours is just balls. |

Hahahah, maybe if your phones had a proper phone OS like Symbian S60 with proper memory management you wouldn't have to do that ;)

Yeah and when I ask questions about the E71 you ignore 'em. I'm beginning to doubt your sincerity here. |

I must've missed them... Let me check the mobile thread and I'll answer. |

| It's wise to reboot once a day, not needed though. I just like rebooting in general. |

What!? You liken them to computers, well I've been running Vista on this machine since I think October or November and haven't had to reboot once. Rebooting once a day just to be on the safe side takes me back to the days of Windows 95... no modern OS should require such babysitting.

Was in here that I asked... question was about the PDA and office functions. And the price.
Edit: And just thought of one other question - can you put standard MP3 ringtones or do you need to go through the stupid Rogers/Fido services? |
