I definitely agree.
I noticed a HUGE difference right off the bat with the 4 and google maps.
Since the phone is faster, it can intake the data at the true speeds. Google maps is night and day with the 4 and the S. |

Just saw the IP4 OEM bumper live ... it's very nice. I doubt I'll use it or buy it
Speaking of cases, my IP4 case from the program is on the way ... weeks earlier then expected. Mine is the 2nd one in this pic
I saw the Griffin Carbon Fiber case in person also, it's nice. Too bad it's add bulky feeling to the IP4 when it's on. |

Thanks for reminding me, I just downloaded the app to receive my free case. I went with the carbon one. I will never use the case, but free is free lol |

THANKS MAN! You just made me a very very happy person.
I've been using the stupid Shoutcast app to stream audio in my car ever since I got my iPhone 3G. The app was always buggy, you could never get high quality streams, etc. etc. This is awesome.
I can actually start making use of that 6GB plan lol. |

There's a setting to allow high bit streams in Shoutcast yes, but there was no high quality streams listed for Digitally Imported, only low bit streams, because that's a premium feature with DI.
Now you can get the high bit streams from DI, with their app, when you pay for their premium feature.
The thing that sucks though, even if you pay for the premium service, it won't stream the high quality unless you're connected via WiFi. I might get 3G Unrestrictor and see if I can get it to work with that. THEN i'll be happy lol.
UPDATE: The DI app works great with 3G Unrestrictor to allow high quality streams when on 3G. Data useage is a little less than 1MB per minute. |

Apple starts shipping iPhone 4 orders to Canada
Good news for those people who opted to order online and not to wait in line to get the new iPhone 4. The launch date was on July 30th and if you bought online Apple stated the iPhone 4 had a ship date of 3 week. However, some lucky Canadians have started to receive e-mails with confirmations that their device has been shipped and en route by FedEx.
Hopefully the iPhone 4 in white will be available soon too.

| I'm torn as to what I should do when my IP4 arrives - turn around and resell it and keep my Desire, or the other way around. I'm really, really loving the out of this Desire, but we'll see. |
