Found the bad side of "updating" your iOS too often ...
Started @ 4.1, then 4.2GM and finally 4.2.1GM.
Never had any apps crashed on a legit iOS until 4.2.1GM, in order these are the apps that crashed this week.
1-Pulse
2-WSOP
3-Cut the Rope
I restored it back to 4.1 and "updated" to 4.2.1GM. Let's see what happens this tine around.
(You can't restore a GM build, only update) |

LOL, torx driver sets are 2 bux on ebay, and the proper driver will come with most conversion sets u buy. |
I wouldn't use those from eBay, always the wrong size and the quality aren't so great.
The one they've used are very tiny, I haven't seen it before.
They will have them with the kits indeed, let's hope it's not the eBay quality. |

Ya, I agree, its just funny how that article you posted made it seem like its the end of converting phones with a simple screw change.
Those are common in the industry I work in. Almost all the machine tools hold the cutting insterts with a Torx.
I have dozzens in my tool box. If you ever need anything, let me know. I have every size, even smaller than pictured. All hardened quality steel. |

| I've stripped a few trox screws w/ a screw driver sent from eBay on my Treo a few years ago. I had to get a real screw driver from a import video game store to get it out. That was a real nightmare ... |

iOS 4.2.1 Available Today
As per Apples website
Find My iPhone Now FREE Without A MobileME Subscription
According to Apples website, this is now free for iPad, fourth gen iPod Touch, and iPhone 4. You're out of luck if you have a 3GS or 3G.
"Find My iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch — the MobileMe feature that helps you locate your missing device and protect its data — is now free on any iPhone 4, iPad, or fourth-generation iPod touch running iOS 4.2.3 Once you set it up, you can find your lost device on a map, display a message on its screen, remotely set a passcode lock, and initiate a remote wipe to delete your data. And if you eventually find your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you can restore everything from your last backup." |

This is most definitely worth the wait. |

I had heard rumors a week or so ago about Apple making some aspects of its MobileMe service free - I thought it was complete bull, but I'm thrilled to hear that it's not. These are both AWESOME apps and services that I've always been jealous that my MobileMe-subscribed friends have. |
