Battery life heavily diminished...
Phone In general is a lot slower...
But TA loads much faster when I want to post...

my batt life is normal and speeds are normal. The only thing I noticed that is slow is Cydia, maybe they gotta update that to a 3.0 |

| Beejive 3.0 with push notifications just came out in the app store. Works perfect. Sends messages the way I've always wanted. No more backgrounder crap that worked half the time |

Can't diss backgrounder dude, it served us well before push came out. Also it can be applied to every app, not just IM |

I have it now
Backgrounder still works better but kills the batt life. Since the app is running like its in the forefront, its instantly launched and you dont have to wait for load time. |

No 3GS for me, waiting for next yr's model ... Dual or Quad core. I don't play games that much waiting 0.5 secs longer of an app to launch is ok with me. |

it's actually a noticeable difference.. It's twice as fast. I used to get annoyed with loading stuff.. |

Ensure you have upgraded to iPhone OS 3.0
Jailbreak your iPhone 3G using redsn0w or PwnageTool (this will also install Cydia/Icy)
Run Cydia or Icy
Please add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia or Icy. That last ~{!0~}o~{!1~} is actually the number zero ~{!0~}0~{!1~}! If you use the letter ~{!0~}o~{!1~} you~{!/~}ll get an error.
Search for ~{!.~}ultrasn0w~{!/~} in cydia or icy and install ultrasn0w
Reboot your iPhone 3G
T-Mobile USA users should disable 3G before using ultrasn0w
