HOTMAIL POP3 now is FREE
iPhone3G Settings
Set it up as "other" type of email, skip the warning and your all done
Blackberry Settings (which I assume this is the info you set in)
POP server: pop3.live.com
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example [email][email protected]
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com
Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password)
TLS/SSL required? Yes |

You are welcome sir!
I don't like to talk about certain things here ... ya know, more the general public knows about it and we are gonna lose all of our nice things in the future.

Yeah I'm registered in Canada.
For Michael's (he is hotmail.com) all he had to do was enter in his name, email, password, and description - the warning came up - he proceeded - and it worked.
For me that doesnt happen - so for 'fun' i entered in the blackberry stuff but it didnt work. It must not recognize live.ca
Thanks though :) |
