Apple sent a shock wave through the technology community when it announced it was suing Samsung — a company that supplies the Cupertino-based iPhone maker with over $5 billion worth of components each year. Now that the gloves are officially off, Samsung is doing a little legal posturing of its own, this time Stateside. Reuters is reporting that Samsung Electronics has filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming that the company has violated no fewer than ten patents held by the Korean company. “Apple copied many of Samsung’s innovations, according to Samsung’s U.S. lawsuit,” reads the report. “For instance, one of the patents Samsung accuses Apple of violating involves the ability for mobile phones to display the time.” The case will be heard at a date to be named in U.S. District Court, Norther District of California. Samsung has already filed complaints against Apple in Japan, Korea, and Germany.

I assume so, it's getting retarded if that's their counter sue. They should sue everyone in that case.

When I was in a holding tank in jail last year, they did this to me. Or the cops just went through my phone.
They were smart enough to pull out the sim partially to disable my service provider, but the phone automatically connected to the jail wifi and DOWNLOADED MY ING EMAIL when I was sitting in a holding tank. Not only that, they used it for quite a bit and drained like 30% of my battery. :whip:
I really don't know if they did back up my phone, but I KNOW they went through it. The cop made me turn off my phone before I handed it to them when they were taking away my "personal" belongings.
Those pieces of were probably just jerking it to the nudes of my chick and pictures of the chicks I hang around with. I would be getting mad right now thinking about it, but I'm not even with that chick anymore so I don't care lol

Five icons in the dock, attach and forward voice-mails to others via e-mail, drop-down menus from the top of the screen (e.g. Twitter client), keyboard colour customizations, etc.

How did that violate YouTube's TOS?
Is Apple going at the jailbreakers that hard?
Also, my new love (before I dropped and cracked the screen) lol

Why are you always hiding your carrier name? Shouldn't be that top secret in the US. Not like we're gonna report you :)
Talking about secret
I'm reading about the new thing everyone is doing in Canada, PC Mobile (Bell) Sim Cards w/ UMB + APN change for unlimited data for $0.25/ day. Some ppl are being blasted for using and abusing this open secret, one dude has replaced his home internet by using this method with a MiFi router. <---- ing moron.
