iPhone?! More like iwannabelikeeveryoneelseandcopywhatappearstrendyPhone.... |
lol please. I would never buy a Mac, I'm a PC guy all the way, and I've had a Blackberry, but I love my iPhone way more.
I just think as a smart phone, you cannot beat it right now. There's so many apps you can get for it to do pretty much anything and it can be so useful as a gadget/phone.
I use it for RDP everyday doing IT for a company and would never be able to do that as efficiently on a Blackberry. It all depends what you want to use your phone for really. |

You will pull the exact same figures for the Church of Scientology... People generally misinterpret stats data. |

I was @ Bestbuy today looking at their 3GS display ... someone loaded someone's contact on it.
I was SMSing someone and causing chaos ...
Then the BestBuy Mobile Rep ask me if I'm intrested in an iPhone, told dude I have one already. Showed him the contacts on that unit and the morons says it's some demo, their not real ppl ... so of course I showed the SMS conversation I had and his face turns blank.
Rep> What do you like about the iPhone most?
Me> Hacking it
Rep> Putting Free Cracked apps?
Me> I don't use apps from the Appstore, I hack it to free the unit and do what I want with it
Rep> Really? What can you do with it .... Can you watch TV on it or do other neat stuff?
Me> You really shouldn't be working here, you should know everything ... isn't it your job?
Rep> I have a BB, and want an iPhone for entertaiment. All I wanted was your opinion ... but, If you need help, let me know pls
Me> I doubt you can help me since you dont know much.
(Where do they hire these ppl? You should have a general idea of all phones, i'm not asking much tbh)
This whole iPhone vs BB nonsense is useless ... they both do diff things and have diff functions. |

I use a similar prog called Jaadu VNC. I love it since I need to access my home computers no matter where I am. On my main system I can see all four monitors stretched across the iPhone screen!

4th Generation iPhone (3,1) Now Being Tested in San Francisco

Yup, pretty much right on schedule identifiers for iPhone 3,1 (which would be the 4th generation iPhone — likely set to debut next summer at WWDC 2010 — have shown up in PinchMedia analytics, which tracks device usage, this time for iBART developer Pandav. (Apple is based outside San Francisco, so a SF public transport app makes sense as a test app).
To recap, the original 2007 iPhone 2G was internally classified by Apple as 1,1, and the similar guts in the 2008 iPhone 3G (radio notwithstanding) was classified as 1,2 (a minor revision). The 2009 iPhone 3GS, with its enhanced internals, was classified as 2,1, the first major revision. If the next iPhone is showing 3,1 (and we saw this in firmware leaks back in March), it should be a similar scale hardware upgrade.
We should see some web analytics for this baby soon, and of course a slew of rumors over screen size and other hardware. Oh yeah, it’s ON. |
