Don't get me wrong it has the iPad2 chip in it, so it is better. Thing is I guess everyone was really hoping for the iPhone5.
I bet there will still be lines for it anyways. |

So whats the general consensus of this release amongst TA's?
To me it seems like their was so much unsubstantiated hype. Faster CPU and improved graphics are the standouts, but pretty much standard for any upgrade. Nothing mind blowing. Unless I'm missing something? |

The upgrades were really in the OS. They are pushing the cloud hard; IMO thats a major upgrade in itself.
I'm a systems admin, and the idea of launching a new billion dollar data center, with 100+ million devices connecting to it, is just scary. What an incredible thing to 'turn on'.
I'm really interested to see how many bugs surface with that type of activation rate. |
