Remember, the Jay's presentation was direct towards the dumb ass general public who have zero knowledge about the iPhone. These are the same ppl who don't even know how to turn off wifi when they're not using it or don't even know how to update their iPhones without the help of the genius bar.
I'm sure Jay can come up with a real presentation that will knock us into clueless'ness within 3 secs.

Replacement screen and LCD is 160 bucks!?!? Should I trade them plus cash and turn mine white?
What other options does she have of fixing it? And sucks the LCD is glued :/

He didn't have one, which is disappointing. I think that was a "community-organized" TED panel so I'm not sure they were quite up to the usual standard.
I would LOVE to see Steve Jobs or the Woz get up there, as they're fantastic and passionate speakers with great ideas.

She should go the AppleStore and tell them what happened. I've heard of "some" cases with the IP4, the guys @ the Genius Bar swapped damaged units for new ones. Out of warranty swap would be $200.00 for the any iPhone models.

Reg HUP boosted up to $229.99 recently. Whenever Rogers gives away free HUP, it means they got too many stocked up and they're not selling as expected.
Honestly, since launch I've only seen 1 BB Torch live and heard 2 ppl on my FB network that got them.
