Worset Pressure Cracks I've seen
For those who complain I'm to0 picky about tiny little pressure cracks, this unit here is my buddy's unit ... dude never cared to do a warrenty exchange when i told him. Six months later he's out of warrenty and he's pressure cracks are the deepest / biggest i've seen. i can actually put my nail and lift his housing almost. Of course his ringer switch is stuck in silent mode forever.
He has more in the earphone plug and power buttons. |

Here comes the Rumors:AT&T Planning Release of $99 8GB iPhone 3GS?
Boy Genius has heard some rumblings that AT&T is ready to launch an 8GB iPhone 3GS in preparation of Verizon releasing the highly anticipated Motorola Droid. While this is not confirmed this would be a good way for Apple to pick up quite a bit more sales just in time for the holiday season, especially in the $99 price range. Black Friday anyone?
Back in August rumors were flying that Rogers was about to release their own iPhone 8GB 3GS but that has yet to take place. This will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
What are you thoughts on the release of an 8GB iPhone 3GS? Fact or fiction? |

| I upgraded to OS 3.1.2 last night using a Custom Firmware method - been rocking the WIFI hard and am REALLY impressed with the battery life - leaps and bounds better than what I had after Jailbreaking with Redsn0w. If you have the time to "Guinea Pig" a bit with your hardware, definitely give it a shot!! |

I was just at the Apple Store @ Yorkdale and each carrier had a rep ready to "help" you activate your iPhones. Normally it's just one or two in house Apple iPhone specialist. |

Jailbreakers Who Don’t Change SSH Password — There’s a Rickroll for That
For iPhone Jailbreakers using SSH to access their devices — without changing the default password — getting Rickrolled by a worm may be annoying (no worse than getting held for ransom by a hacker) but it’s a sign that far more insidious and malicious attacks are possible — so change those passwords now!
Back to the Rickroll. TUAW reports:
A hacker, going by the name “ikee,” created a worm that changes the home screen background on jailbroken iPhones whose owners failed to change the default password after installing SSH.
And the new background is, of course, Rick Astley. While removal details are included in an interview with the hacker, it’s better to be safe than sorry. So, check our iMuggle’s tutorial on how to change your SSH password, and change it right away. |
