Forgot the time line the 3GS came out for Bellus, they're on 24 month HUP policy too. Maybe give them a call and see what they can do for you?

I'll see what I can do, probably won't even bother. Last time I tried to get a HUP was when my phone was stolen and they wouldn't budge.

They were never sold in the first place, thats why there's Bell, Virgin and some Telus units scattered around.

Opps read it wrong, thought your asking about non-Rogers IP4s.
Rogers / Fido IP4s soldout nationwide ... Bell, Virgin and some Telus units scattered all over GTA. Don't expect carrier re-stock until 1-2 months later, maybe even longer this time around.
From what I know, there hasn't been re-stock to any Corp stores or dealer locations.

A lot of Canadian unlocked IP4 are locked, which is supposed to be unlocked.
Ppl getting alot of complaints world wide. Lots of eBay returns happening.
Something is messed up with Apple's POS, when they scan the unit with no contract micro sim.
