If your not in the corp world I vote IP4 or Android and if you're corp ... your work will provide one for you.
If you like the BB, stay with it. Lots of BB users are jumping ship as we speak ... |

You care to elaborate? I've upgraded MyWi to v4+ but have not have a chance to use it yet. |
Tethering with your smartphone
What is Tethering?
Tethering allows you to share the mobile internet connection on your smartphone with your laptop.
Tethering Plans
Effective immediately, tethering will continue to be included at no additional charge for Rogers customers who subscribe to a data plan of 1 GB and above*. This new policy replaces the current tethering promotion, originally set to expire on May 3, 2010. As the Canadian smartphone leader, Rogers is dedicated to helping our customers adopt and benefit from innovative new technologies and applications like tethering.
Who can benefit from tethering?
If a customer needs wireless broadband on a very casual basis, e.g. 2-3hrs a month, they can try tethering via a wireless device (such as an iPhone or BlackBerry® device). For customers who need to have wireless broadband access on a more frequent basis, a Rocket™ mobile internet device (i.e. the Rocket mobile internet stick) provides the ideal solution as it provides a faster speed and a more customer friendly experience.
How to Tether
Both iPhone and BlackBerry® are examples of devices that support tethering. These smartphones essentially act as a modem to connect your laptop to the internet. You can tether by connecting your smartphone to your laptop via a USB cable (included in the box with your smartphone device). With iPhone devices you can also tether by connecting your smartphone to your laptop wirelessly via Bluetooth technology. To tether you must be in Rogers Wireless Network coverage. See below for device-specific getting started instructions for tethering.
BlackBerry devices
iPhone 3G, 3GS & 4
For all other devices, check your device manual to see if tethering is supported and for tethering instructions for your device.

| Thanks for the reply. Curious though, with the official way, is it possible to make the phone a wifi hotspot just like MyWi allows? |
