So when what time today will we be able to download the new 3.0 software?
I read noon PST (so like 3pm our time) but who knows if that's correct. I couldn't download it when I tried today so far, it just says the iphone already has the most up to date software. Hmm... |

I have been wondering the same thing. They should have let us download it at midnight. |

Where are you getting that information? The official Dev team site said they are not commenting on the 3GS. So unless you are friends with someone from the Dev Team I wouldn't believe what you read.

With that being said, I don't see it being that big of a problem for them to jailbreak. It could take them a day or a month but they will eventually do it. |

All that is saying is that MMS on Rogers network for the iPhone 3.0 software will not be ENABLED until Friday. They have no way to regulate when we can download the iPhone 3.0 software. It will still be today, just not sure what time.

Yeah they should have, but they have like 20million users, so all downloading at once would probably crash the servers, so they are trying to spread it out I think. I'm hearing now that 1pm EST is possible today. We will see. |
