when did you get your last upgrade?
Also call Rogers before going to the store to find out. When I went to the store they said I wasnt eligible - but then I called and he said I was and if I had any problems in the stores to have them call. |

HUP 24 months (Reg Policy)
HUP from iPhone to another phone varies (I can HUP to any other phone right now, as long as its not iPhone or X10)
HUP from iPhone to iPhone is very strict, must be 24 months. (Lets see if they will give some type of exemption, which they calimed they will)
All HUP will be added to your next bill. |

| Im less than 24 months. (A year and 8 months). Hopefully the guy on the phone wasnt screwing with me... I lost my iphone and desperately (yes, desperately) need a new one. |

If they won't budge at all, I'm sure ppl here will be able to sell you a iPhone3G super cheap until you get your IP4.
I think I would have some units for sale, 8GB brand new, 8GB used and 16GB used. |

hahaha if they dont budge I am going to cause the biggest hissy fit ever until they do--- this guy PROMISED me I would have no problems.
July 30th could not come any faster although Im getting annoyed that no info is out yet. |

I was bored on my lunch and felt like hassling Rogers.
From today's convo, my account has been noted for an HUP exemption to the IP4 by customer relations. Nothing will be moving forward until launch date is official and pricing.
So far it's ok IMO, wish they would just allow the HUP to be granted @ 199-299 |

Thats how it was for the 3GS if you were eligable for a HUP if it was an early exception it was $449-$599 |

Yes sir, that's correct. Right now it's showing me I can HUP to the BB9700 @ $449.
I hope the pricing can be dropped, I'm sure my account has created revenue from a year ago and I'm only 1 month away from the policy deadline. |
