You have the 6GB plan and you're only reaching less then 50% of your data limit?
Waste of money IMO, no offence but ... I would kill off at least 80% each month.
If I had a laptop, this plan would be so abused.
Tethering, streaming A&V and creating a Wifi Hotspot for everyone in the car while travelling to point A-B. I would even DL BTs on the road lol

Are AT&T and Apple randomly cancelling iPhone 4 pre-orders?
We arent too sure whats going on here, but all of a sudden our tip line has been flooded with emails from irate iPhone 4 pre-orderers who say their order has been cancelled for no apparent reason. Gizmodo is also hearing the same thing, so it seems theres definitely something to this. Weve got two sample emails that we were sent in after the break in case youre curious. But in the event youve received such an email, wed love it if you would keep letting us know so we can get to the bottom of this.
From AT&T:
Your iPhone order has been cancelled.
Your credit card has not been charged.
If you believe you have received this email in error, please return to the AT&T store where you placed your order.
Sincerely,
AT&T
From Apple:
Dear Customer,
We were unable to complete the authorization process for your iPhone order. As a result, we had to cancel your iPhone order. To complete the purchase of your iPhone, please visit an Apple Retail Store or an AT&T company-owned retail store.
[...]
We apologize for this inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Apple Online Store Team
EDIT: Pre-orders that made it through are now shipping.
Not looking good for our launch; no white IP4, 2nd US batch delayed 3x and now this ...
I'm guessing our launch is gonna be delayed for sure.

iOS4 - Comes out tomorrow
Questions for all the 3G owners, what do you plan to do?
Here's a video of iOS4 Legit FW install (non jailbroken) w/o multitaking & w/o wallpaper
forgot to mention ...

I plan on updating mainly for the folders...
Will most likely jb with Spirit when it's ready to get the battery percentage, weather add-on, scrolling, and a few others....
I was also thinking about saving the stuff to go back to 3.1.3 if iOS turns out to be slow...
I just don't know how to do that...

I guess there is no risk for me to update to the latest OS since I have a non jail broken 3GS? or will it make my phone way too slow?:conf:

iOS 4 now available! Go get it!
Right on time, Apple has unleashed iOS 4 for owners of the iPhone product codes 1,2, 2,1, and 3,1 -- in other words, the 3G, 3GS, and yet-unreleased iPhone 4. Owners of more recent iPod touches are also in luck. Interestingly, the build is 8A293 -- the exact same that was released to developers before as a GM seed -- so Apple apparently found no showstoppers pressing enough to necessitate a new build before pushing it to the public at large. It's coming up in iTunes now, so go on -- what are you waiting for?

"all four one!
Around an hour ago the new version of the iPhone Operating System (now called iOS) was released.
iOS 4 is a huge release for Apple with many many changes and those changes offer slick additional features.
These new features are being offered by Apple as a free upgrade to qualifying devices.
We are working hard on a release to our tools that will jailbreak your device (or give you iOS 4 via the jailbreak train) and provide you with a carrier unlock.
Until these tools are released you should hold off on updating your device until we have fully tested our tools with all the relevant devices.
If you rely on hacktivation or a carrier unlock (ultrasn0w) then you should not upgrade until we have fully tested and released our tools.
Dont be tempted with unofficial PwnageTool/redsn0w bundles or releases, just check here or our team twitter for real time release information.
Remember, we risk our devices so you dont have to (but this time anyone who has made a mistake upgrading their baseband firmware at 3.1.3 or 4.0 should be OK real soon ;) Now! :)"
