Sometimes RnD engineers unlock phones when working on them. Later they put them back in the line by accident. |

Help...so I'm looking to get a new phone with Rogers in January. I'm pretty sure I want a Blackberry. I don't like the giant ones with the full on keyboard, and I'm not a huge fan of touch screens. I don't need anything super fancy...I'm not a big phone nerd, so I basically just use it to text and call, and I wouldn't mind taking some pictures. I think I'm gonna get a data plan too so I can send emails.
I'm at 5th tier now, and plan on calling retentions to get me a nice plan/phone, so I dunno if that would give you any insight.
What are your recommendations?
And please don't convince me to get a full keyboard, b/c I'll just ignore your comment. I don't want one. |

Those are the 2 that I was thinking of. Weren't sure if there were other recommendations out there that I didn't know of.
Do you guys know the pros and cons of each?
(I know I could search myself, but I'd rather ask people that I know know about phones) |

Reg pearl is much nicer than the flip...
Asthetics wise anyway... |

But the flip has a newer OS, related to the Bold's one.
If you get the pearl, make sure you get one of the newer ones with the 3.5 mm headphone jack |

Now, I'm @ the doctor's office waiting ... The iPhone is helping me pass time, but some dude looks like he's 30s, is blasting is PSP without headphones. ing annoying I might say.
EDIT : 2 hr wait felt like 30 mins and used 10 MBs of data. |
