| I really wish Apple would bust out with some sexy leather holsters. One thing I LOVED about having BlackBerry was that in its business pedigree, holsters were always available and hot. I still to this day have yet to encounter an iPhone holster that I liked or trusted. |

Ringtone creationism not for sale in iTunes 10, but DIY method still seems to work
(OMG, that's one of my fav bands!)
Not that we've ever been a fan of paying an additional 99 cents to turn an already-purchased track into a seconds-long ringtone, but if you fancied the option in iTunes 9.2.1, we're sad to inform you that yesterday's update seems to have nixed said option. But hey, look at this way, now you can learn a new skill: how to make iTunes 10 ringtones free of charge with some filename finagling. The old method still seems to work just fine (instructions via More Coverage link below), so turn that .m4-frown upside down!
( Just read the article, good they removed it. If you're too dumb to make your own ringtones through iTunes ... then you should buy them.) |

Sorry; Apple is not that dumb, yes you can keep normal photos or only allow HDR to be saved in your camera roll.
(This is the 2nd time I've caught someone bitch & complaining about a feature of the iPhone w/o testing, checking a guide or manual.)
HDR Photos are mindblowing and I've only tested indoors with a ty normal lamp as my light source. Can't wait until I snap some outdoor pics in the morning.
Here's the bad side of HDR photo taking, there's a processing time. *Cue up the reasons to buy a IP4S next july, I'll add another one, FaceTime 3 way calls* |

Now you understand why Apple saved both vers of photos to the camera roll? So you can pick which you like more, and they even went out of their way to have that opition turned off.
With Apple's HDR Photo, they've killed off almost every Camera & Photo app in the appstore
My personal fav was Darkroom, aka Steadycam in 2.0. Below was a iPhone3G running on 2.2.1 FW w/ Steadycam
