anyways, probably too late to post this, but yes free weights are a lot better than machines if you want quick results. |

whoops. misunderstanding. i knew you were a chic for a long time. :o :D .
anyways, can't really contribute to hockey, because i've been a poor ol' southern my whole life, and the closest thing to ice i see are icee slurpees at the 7-11 during the summertime. :wtf: . i usually contribute a lot in the foozball, basketball, and tennis threads now and again. |

because i'm pretty much the only girl who posts on the sports threads but keep in mind i have a masters in sports business so i really should know what i'm talking about just a bit...i'm from oregon so really i don't know where the hockey thing came from :conf: |
